Welcome, Vermont Legislature.

Substance Use Disorder can divide people and communities. You see how it affects the people you serve. Prevention Lead Region 4 exists to build bridges that unite local substance use prevention organizations across Southern and East Central Vermont.

Together, we are working to address the isolation that can lead to substance abuse, and educate the communities you represent on how to avoid harms and make healthy choices. We connect people with information and care resources—and we’re excited to connect with you.

About PL4

The Collaborative is working as the lead recipient of the Vermont Department of Health (VDH), Division of Substance Use Programs (DSU) grant that designates us as a Prevention Lead (PL) organization to increase state, regional, and community capacity to deliver meaningful substance misuse prevention in the four VDH Health Districts of East Central Vermont, including Bennington, Brattleboro, Springfield, and White River Junction. The Collaborative has formed an advisory structure to guide funding and approve community grants and contracts for organizations within this region.
