Substance Use Disorder poses serious challenges to people across Vermont, and to the fabric of our communities. While the problem is significant and complex, numerous people and organizations are dedicated to addressing it. With structure and support from the State of Vermont to unify efforts through Prevention Lead (PL) Regions, together with our partners we are making progress on shared goals.
